Refund policy

We understand that buying a wig online can be daunting. While we do believe you will love your new MySheitel, it is important to us to offer a reasonable return policy.

We offer a 10 day return window, starting from the time the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered. All returns must be initiated within that 10 day window.

Note that we only accept returns on wigs that are in their original condition and have not been altered or damaged in any way, with the lace, hair, cap and tags untouched.
